BOOKING TERMS

24 Hours Check-In Time. However, rooms are ready at 2.00pm.

Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check out is available if the room isn't reserved for the next day, otherwise we ask guests to check out by noon.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

We serve breakfast between 8 am (Sunday 9 am) and 11 am; however, by special request, we can serve breakfast earlier (or later).

We require a 50% advance deposit at the time of making your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to the arrival date: refund of deposit less a processing/cancellation fee of US$25

Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the arrival date: guests forfeit the deposit in full. If the guest room and room nights are resold the B&B will process a processing/cancellation fee of US$25 and offer a gift certificate in the balance of the deposit minus the US$25 processing/cancellation fee.

We accept credit cards (VISA and MASTER CARD) and cash (USD, Euros or Mexican Pesos). We do NOT accept American Express.
